Let’s start with a big thanks to our forever clients Abhi and Katrina on this one because that is how we met Ardis as a bridesmaid and Ravi as their officiant. Some of our most amazing clients often come to us in this way, given they now know firsthand not only our approach and capability to handle the chaos at times but also our ease to work with, given our people skills and friendly, joking demeanor with everyone around us. We are people-people to the core!
Clients often come to us, and they have no clue where they want to do their engagement sessions, something we provide to our wedding clients at no extra charge. This is an opportunity for us to go on a “double date” with each of them, if you will, and learn more about them as individuals and as a couple. For us, it becomes invaluable insight to photograph them on the wedding day in one of the most intimate and truly personal settings life finds them in. The day is full of love and laughter. Did I mention CHAOS already, and, of course, emotions, but not just from the bride and groom – then being vigilant to that is where some of the best stuff can often be entire family captured through our lens. We tend to ask clients about the vibe they want in their session and, based on that reply, provide suggestions on the locations that will afford us the opportunity to over-deliver their wants. We knew we succeeded, and we were just counting down the days until we met them again at the Phipps Conservatory in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. Oh, and did I mention we travel 🙂 absolutely we do.
