Payton and Sanket – American Indian Wedding Celebrations at Lauxmont Farms, Pennsylvania
Venue Location: Lauxmont Farms, 1215 Long Level Road, Wrightsville, PA 17368
When Payton reached out, and we had our first consult over Zoom, I could tell how comfortable she immediately felt, while Sanket, on the other hand, was full of questions and definitely was the thinker throughout the process. He was easily won over by the flow of conversation and the fact that we have been specializing for some time now in covering not only South Asian weddings but ethnic weddings in general, with quite a bit of drawing to couples similar to ourselves because we had been there, done that and are living it with kids now for more time than I’ll openly admit 🙂 I know even for myself there’s comfort in knowing that there’s a photographer in your corner that is looking out for everyone’s best interest because for most of our clients, this is their first time going through this process and any insight they can get is welcomed – it’s my favorite part of what I do because I feel it’s so valued.
From our time with them during their engagement session in the rose gardens to the start of their wedding day and everything in between, I can honestly say my heart was full watching them grow in the process, learn from it, and ultimately see everyone together during the ceremonies and reception I have to admit it pulls at my heartstrings quite a bit because I personally know that there’s work to be put into a solid marriage foundation but the reaping of what you sow in the end is the most rewarding feeling there is.
So much of being a great photographer comes from loving people, enjoying people, being aware of your surroundings, and submersing yourself in not only every detail but every connection and emotion felt by everyone around you during a client’s events and for me, that is what intrigues me the most and drives me to continue doing what it is that we do as a husband and wife team fully aware and appreciate of all life and its situations that surround us.
Thank you, Sanket and Payton, for sharing yourselves, your friends, and your family with us during such an intimate and meaningful time. We are excited to be here observing as life continues to happen for you both and hope, as always, you remember that you are a forever client, and with that, we are here to cover all life happenings, big or small, so never hesitate to call!
