Appraiser of the Finer Things is what I would refer to her as, however I don’t believe that is her true title! We truly enjoyed taking her professional headshots for her soon to launch website of personal work/projects appraising art – structural or wall art, antiques etc. It was great to hear her talk about all the things that must be considered when placing a price on items that to most are truly invaluable.

There’s something special about engagement celebrations that are kept intimate — they breathe differently.

Bhavya & Jayant’s South Asian Indian engagement celebration at Stone Tower Winery in Leesburg, Virginia was filled with easy laughter, meaningful conversations, and the kind of togetherness that reminds you what these moments are really about.

Stone Tower is such a beautiful fit for smaller, lighthearted gatherings — open spaces, vineyard views, and a natural elegance that doesn’t need overproduction to shine. It’s a place where families can relax, reconnect, and truly enjoy being together.

It was also a pleasure working closely with Bhavya’s mom during the booking process. Her confidence and decisiveness — right from the referral — spoke volumes.

In so many Indian and Indian-American families, parents thoughtfully vet vendors while couples juggle school, residencies, fellowships, and demanding careers. When trust is there, everything flows exactly as it should.
