The “Tella Pellam” (meaning “White Wife”) – Samosa’s

So I’ve affectionately accepted that a few of my husbands friends tend to acknowledge me this way in his native first language (Telugu). I think it’s rather funny and cute I won’t lie as I’ve take the whole role of being married to Southeast Asian pretty serious over the years ?

I guess part of me wants the hubby to know that I love, respect and know the sacrifice he’s made to be here with me and start a family over being with his family in India, I know is not a small one and never to be taken lightly no matter how long it is we’ve been Mr. & Mrs ourselves!

This was my first try at samosas as I know it’s my MIL’s (Mother-In-Laws) favorite snack. After tasting many a samosa’s I have to admit it’s pretty up there with the Taj Hotel’s ?

    Coming off a wedding weekend always leaves me thoughtful 🤍

    Somewhere between unloading camera bags, folding laundry, and realizing Christmas is next week, I found myself replaying a quiet thought I know I’m not alone in…
