Rachna and Peter’s South Asian Indian Wedding and Reception feat. a Second Line | Board of Trade | New Orleans | Louisiana Wedding Photographers

As we were standing in the TSA security line to head out from Washington DC to New Orleans to cover Rachna and Peter’s wedding at the Board of Trade what to our wondering eyes should appear? Not a reindeer, but a past groom of ours Akshay as he was boarding that same flight for a bachelor party in New Orleans! Absolutely love it when we bump into past clients and see how much they’ve changed from groom, to hubby to daddy, it’s awesome – seriously dinner sometime you two!
But really back to Rachna and Peter… Rachna is one of our bride’s in that friend circle of just awesome friends its almost as if – if – you know her then that makes you instantaneously awesome, perhaps from now on I may have to start checking Facebook when we receive an inquiry to see if she’s a common friend! I’m sure after viewing her pictures she’s going to say to herself “Man I laugh way too much!” but let me just post a disclosure to that “When a person laughs and smiles as big and as loud as Peter’s Rachna does, one should be required to have a dose of her happiness. Just being around Rachna makes me happy, Peter brings that out best in her and it’s contagious I think in that entire friends circle, as every bride I know that is friends with Rachna, exudes that same charisma and charm inside of them, perhaps it’s secretly a friend requirement for her, but none the less I will take it as a photographer because it lends itself to the most happiest of RAW photos I’ve possibly ever seen in a client – so THANK YOU Rachna and Peter for giving us the opportunity to experience such sweetness in Louisiana as we slowly conclude our 2018 wedding season with a bang – only a few more weddings left!
