Michelle and Brian’s Vintage Christian Jewish Fused Wedding Celebrations | Castle Hill Cider | Keswick Virginia | South Asian and Jewish Wedding Photographers

As a veteran of a multicultural marriage myself I can tell you there is a whole other element to this type of marriage than simply marrying two families, however I wouldn’t have it any other way! Having wed at times what I feel are the best of both worlds often makes me wish our kids could really understand just how fortunate they are. India being rich in so many things but the most prominent is it’s culture, then we have the United States rich in it’s promise to be the land of opportunity that so many are drawn to. I see this come true every single day for different people so when I see our clients marrying and merging yet again these two amazing cultures there’s a bit of sentiment that tends to fall into place as I think on so many levels as a wedding photographer. One moment I am that wife married to India, next a daughter, followed by a sister and a mom to five, the way I shoot I would hope reflects all of that in the emotions that we tend to capture simply because we are vigilant and intuitive to our surroundings even when we aren’t thinking about the task at hand.

Watching Michelle and Brian tie the knot surrounded by family and friends they have made along their own personal journeys in life and as a couple, seeing Brian’s nieces and nephews that are now Michelle’s too and the excitement and endless support they have should remind us of all the good in the world. Perhaps the simplistic southern comfort (Venue: Castle Hill Cider) feeling their event projected full of food, family and friends that comes from such a venue prompts it all, but I am willing to bet that it’s the way Brian wears his heart on his sleeve, it’s clearly apparent why Michelle fell in love with him in the first place!
