Dan Buettner, author of the book Blue Zones of Happiness was brought out to Highland High School by the PATH Foundation for an engaging speaker presentation bring with him quite the community enlightenment. Here at the Regeti household a whole lot of dietary change has come on rather quickly and it was great to be able to hear Dan give his take on the knowledge he has uncovered during his research funded by National Geographic and his outreaches into communities where his organization has stepped in for 5 years and seen the communities prosper from environmental changes to the community and a clean eating approach making foods more attainable to the majority of the citizens within. He has successfully built healthy communities!
