We pride ourselves that 95% of our brides come to us through personal/professional referrals from professionals that we work with that respect us and believe in what we offer & past or present bride/grooms and their family members. I think that the reason why there is so much pride in it is because NONE of our clients are just clients, but become an extension of our family, some closer than others of course, that keep in touch – update us, send us post cards on trips they have taken, include us in mailings of photos of the family annually with little notes on life as they know it and it simply brings us happiness to see that they have included us in on life’s most important moments.
Garima was no different as the sister of a past groom referred her along to us and honestly for as many referrals as this one sister has given we definitely need to start a rewards program of our own, Priya know that you are loved!
The first time we met Garima and Nimesh was during their engagement session in Philadelphia as they booked us in advanced based on pure word of mouth and viewing our work online, got to love it when a bride knows exactly what she wants and just checks it off her to-do list. We had such a great time with the two of them that we knew their wedding day no matter how crazy it could ever get would be one that we were most certainly going to be thrilled to be part of.
The Hyatt Regency at Chesapeake Bay (shout out to Kate Hopkins for keeping it together as always!) never disappoints, their spacious suites, tentative staff and don’t forget the amazing backdrop for a ceremony lends itself to most locals in the DMV area as a destination wedding all of its own. And the best part is that I grew up on the Easton Shore so for me shooting there simply brings me home… to my family.
Nimesh and Garima it was an absolute pleasure to be part of what was a very blessed day for your both, to share in it with your family and friends, both here and in our hearts, meant a lot to us, trusting us to capture the moments among the hustle and bustle of your morning and evening meant a lot knowing that you were not able to formally meet with us leading up until your engagement, however thankfully you have a dear friend in Priya and she gave us both a friendship that will last forever.
