A traditional South Asian Soiree with Ami and Mitul. When we met Ami and Mitul for the first time during their engagement session in Dumbarton Oaks in Georgetown, it was pretty evident that the two were super conservative and a very private couple. Which is a really good reason to have engagement portraits done specifically with the photographer that will be photographing your wedding. It allows the photographer to learn a lot about how they should photograph you as a couple on the day of and a little about the special characteristics that each couples relationship entails.
Because of Ami and Mitul’s ability to build that relationship with us prior to the wedding day itself we were able to capture some images reflective of them as a couple and some of what they felt were important aspects of their wedding day details as every client we work with is very different.
Ami and Mital had a traditional Gujarati welcome, followed by their traditional ceremony and a reception full of entertainment and dancing.
