We had the honor and privilege of photographing Shilpa and Girish’s wedding held at the Loew’s Hotel in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. When I first answered Shilpa’s call I immediately knew she was a bride for us. There tends to be a certain type of excitement that exuberates from our clients and this is truly apparent during the first point of contact – pretty much immediately after the phone rings! In our case as photographers it is was motivates and moves us for our image-capture in so many ways.
As with most of our South Asian clientele we typically cover all pre and post functions. It’s great to be part of it all and to actually learn and get to know the family before the wedding celebrations begin. Shilpa and Girish had a lovely ceremony followed by a reception full of dancing and celebration.
We cannot express enough thanks to the families for how much appreciation they truly have for the art of photography, making us truly feel welcomed and part of their family!
