Soumya and Tejus

Soumya and Tej, I know you are thinking “What happened to our post?”, well here it is! Sorry for the delay guys, as you know we are in the midst of moving to our new space so the blog has taken somewhat of a back seat for a moment till we were able to buckle down and get it all caught up!

We had such fun with Tej and Soumya at their wedding in Falls Church at the Parkview which has the most chic decor inside, as they both are just a hoot and as crazy as can be! Soumya is such the sport as Tej always brings in some comic relief. He has all these goofy ideas and we just loved it! If only we had more time with them!

Their wedding was that of grand style as they had some of the very best professionals handling it all:
Prabha Bhambri with the decor, ladies stay tuned as she will be launching a new website very soon! eventEQ on the lighting, our favorite man Jag! Blue Sky Films behind the video camera with their talented team Neil and Holly! And last but not least Mrs. Vicky Choy with her talented skill and optimal organization that kept the affair flawless and for the record right on time! We had such a pleasure working with everyone!

Bhavya & Jayant’s South Asian Indian engagement celebration at Stone Tower Winery in Leesburg, Virginia was filled with easy laughter, meaningful conversations, and the kind of togetherness that reminds you what these moments are really about.

Stone Tower is such a beautiful fit for smaller, lighthearted gatherings — open spaces, vineyard views, and a natural elegance that doesn’t need overproduction to shine. It’s a place where families can relax, reconnect, and truly enjoy being together.

Swapna & Hari’s engagement ceremony and everything this moment truly means in a Hindu/South Asian family.

Their celebration took place at a small clubhouse with only their closest people, and honestly? Those intimate spaces are where you see a family’s truth… the love, the expectations, the tenderness, the growth — all without the noise.

So many people outside our culture don’t realize this, but a Hindu engagement ceremony isn’t just a “party.”
