Well here is the moment a lot of our blog watchers have been waiting for… our footage of our Valentine’s Day boudoir session winners!

Special thanks and shout outs go to Pernell and Karin, with Blue Square Productions for their awesome coverage and talented work with the video! Thanks guys, we luv ya!

Victoria Stiles with Beautiful by Victoria for her artistry and talent, your a doll!

And lastly to the ladies! You were all three such a pleasure to work with and so willing to be photographed! We certainly enjoyed spending the day hanging out with everyone!

Our rates for our boudoirs effective 6.1.2007 will be increasing to include 3 hours of shoot time along with beautifully designed fine art ribbon bound album tossed in with some awesome little treats exclusive to Regeti’s BD clients! This value will allow us to continue to deliver our highest quality product and excellent customer service to all our future clientele!

When I read about the tragic killing of Spc. Sarah Beckstrom, I felt grief —
but like so many brown and immigrant families, I also felt fear.

The man who took her life was brown.

And history has taught us exactly what happens next.
Backlash.
Suspicion.
Stereotypes.
Innocent families paying for one man’s evil.

Swapna & Hari’s engagement ceremony and everything this moment truly means in a Hindu/South Asian family.

Their celebration took place at a small clubhouse with only their closest people, and honestly? Those intimate spaces are where you see a family’s truth… the love, the expectations, the tenderness, the growth — all without the noise.

So many people outside our culture don’t realize this, but a Hindu engagement ceremony isn’t just a “party.”

It’s the moment two families formally bless the union.
It’s the first public acknowledgement of the couple.
It’s promises made with elders present.
It’s tradition meeting the future.

Some families celebrate it quietly.
Some turn it into a mini wedding reception.
But the heart behind it never changes.

And watching Swapna & Hari together… it was like watching poetry before it learned to speak.
