This awesome family session came to us from the Bhaskars and was a perfect fit for our personalities and styles. It absolutely warms my heart to see the love of a growing family when siblings and grandparents all come together to collectively freeze a moment in time that, as cliche as it sounds, passes us by all too quickly. Having five children of our own at various ages and stages in their lives, along with aging parents and having lost one unexpectedly, it would be a lie to say that our photography style and approach don’t change just as quickly; I am the first one that will say that its these faded memories we have experiences that elevate a great photographer in their ability to master their craft. Because of this, it is throughout their own life experiences and worldliness they photograph and capture things in a light others who have not gone there can’t understand, not yet anyway; it simply raises you as a photographer and individual to another level of vigilance that you never had until you experience how much you miss it once it’s gone – because now we call it a memory. Capturing that is exactly what the years behind our lens have trained us to do, for these moments come naturally, and for others, its a photographer’s personality that, if used properly, can mesh in a way that allows you to exude that authentically from another individual – it’s that good energy motivational speakers/quotes that you see and hear telling you to surround yourself with – thank you, Jayne and family, for surrounding us with yours and of course to Rajul for the great referral and matchup, love you guys!
Raksha Sutra... for those of you who did not know what the threads are that the priest ties to the couple and the family members. They are sacred threads blessed by the priest for the wearer. It is one of our kid`s favorite parts when going to the temple or having family functions. 🧶
I love how Himica before doing anything else looks around to acknowledge who all was present in the crowd. It was a sweet and kind gesture I felt as you could feel how important it was to her we were all there! 🥰
Because for those who might not know the song is about how beautiful his wife looks and how much he loves her. This photo sparks that kind of RAW emotion. Himica`s smile is one of such purity. I feel we were so lucky to be their chosen ones 📸
If Dorothy of the Wizard of Oz had chosen gold, I do believe those slippers would of looked a little more glamorous! 👠 But this gal here won`t need to click her heels because she has already arrived! 🏰
