Carina and Devin’s Engagement Session | Union Station | Washington DC Engagement Photographers

Union Station is one of the best locations for engagement sessions in Washington DC as you can have the best of both worlds within your session if you choose. To the front of it the US Capitol Building and to the right of it a beautiful urban scape. Here on our East Coast the weather more than most is so unpredictable. You simply never know what you might get on who you may get it! As wedding photographers located in the Washington DC we are subject to ever changing schedules/plans when it comes to rain. In most cases if rain is in the forecast we opt to cancel and reschedule our sessions in order to make the most from them, but in some cases its not always possible if we are shooting the week before your wedding and so we shoot knowing that we will simply have to hunt for safe areas where we can get out of the rain. In this case with Carina and Devin – not only the week or so of their event but their busy schedules left us with enough time to grab a handful of photos within a 30 minute timespan and have them on their way to their next scheduled task before the big day. We were delighted that they were able to squeeze in a little bit of time with us before kicking off their mehndi/sangeet night.
