Chris and Daisy Wed @ West Belmont Conference Center, Leesburg, Northern Virginia

They are crazy! And now there are two of them! Daisy is officially part of the Tran Clan! Talk about zesty and spicy all mixed into one, that would be Daisy! As she was up for anything and loves the camera we are SUPER happy with some of the shots we were able to catch on her wedding day.

One of our favorites spots now is the fabulous red wall that we stumbled upon, if only we could bring it home with us. Darn it!

We look forward to working with Lily and Jeff in 2009 when they will wed, in which I am sure we will be seeing more of Chris and Daisy and their “Double Happiness”!

Living between two worlds isn’t easy — even after 30 years of it.

For me, it was the outsider who somehow became the interpreter — the person South Asian brides turn to when they’re carrying more than they can say out loud.

It’s taken nearly 30 years inside this culture, loving it, learning it, laughing with it, and growing through it…
but I wouldn’t trade a single lesson.
