Marjan and Raj just weeks away from their wedding day took a little time out of the crazy schedules to spend some time with us while we chatted the two of them into laughter. Marjan has such a purity in her smile that with it she can make a village happy just by her presence. Raj has found THE ONE and who would have ever thought during class! Marjan may not have noticed him initially but now he’s won her heart!
Every time my mother-in-law (Amma) visits, our home feels like it expands — stretching between two continents, two ways of living, and two generations of love.
There’s laughter, there’s learning, and yes… sometimes a little friction too. But when she leaves, the silence feels bigger than the space she filled.
