Every year we try to remember those who have remembered us throughout the year by sending a thoughtful gesture along during the holiday season as we have teamed up with Williams-Sonoma for some special treats. This December we felt it was time to give back to those who showed us the love and allow them to in return gift their 2011 clients with a bit of good holiday cheer! We are so excited and looking forward to having a fabulous 2011!
Every time my mother-in-law (Amma) visits, our home feels like it expands — stretching between two continents, two ways of living, and two generations of love.
There’s laughter, there’s learning, and yes… sometimes a little friction too. But when she leaves, the silence feels bigger than the space she filled.
This time, as she boards her flight back to India, I realized something I hadn’t before — how much her presence has shaped my rhythm as a mother, wife, and daughter-in-law.
