Sean and Lindsay say their I Do’s at Whitehall Manor in Leesburg

One of few Catholic ceremonies you may ever see outside of the Catholic Church! Lindsay and Sean were granted permission for their ceremony to take place on the grounds at Whitehall Manor by the Catholic Church after their priest submitted the request on their part! The day way so beautiful that it makes you feel that it was truly meant to be an outdoor wedding.

Lindsay happens to be Associate Ben and Jess’ little sister and we could not be more happier that their family is officially completed by Sean. It was an evening of good times as they danced into the night. Lindsay was even able to get Sean up and on the dance floor and from what we heard that NEVER happens, it’s amazing what one does when love is in the air.

Lindsay and Sean thanks so much for having Srinu and I there to share such a special part of your lives, we look forward to watching the two of you as we have Ben and Jess grow your families. How about onto some wonderful images…

Shout outs… almost forgot! Holly Chapple on the florals, need I say more 😉 and Day-of Coordinator, Julie McKillip and the fabulous and ever so talented Lasting Looks by Lisa on the beauty side of it!

The shoes are from DSW! Of course they were worn primarily for pictures and the ceremony! I had flip flops on the rest of the night 🙂ReplyCancel

Here’s the quiet truth no one tells guests before an Indian or Indian-American wedding:

You’re not just watching.
You’re participating.
Not with choreography or rituals — but with presence.

Indian weddings move differently.
They breathe differently.
They carry meaning in moments that don’t announce themselves.

When guests arrive expecting efficiency, cues, or constant explanation, tension builds — and the couple feels it.

What actually matters?
Respect.
Patience.
Openness.
That’s it.

This post isn’t about rules or etiquette.
It’s about showing up with curiosity instead of expectations — and why that one shift changes everything for the couple at the center of it all.

There’s what you see on wedding day.
And then there’s everything that makes us the photographers we are.

This channel is where we share the in-between —
the building, the learning, the late nights,
the marriage that has carried us through nearly two decades of photographing other people’s love stories.

We’re still very much in weddings.
Still shooting.
Still telling stories.
Still showing up for our couples.
But here, you’ll also see how we live, work, problem-solve, and grow together behind the camera —
because who we are off a wedding day shapes how we show up on one.

If you’re planning a wedding,
work in the wedding industry,
or simply love honest conversations about partnership, creativity, and building a life together —
you’ll fit right in.
