Where do I begin on this post other than we were destined to shoot Cler’s wedding! We are so happy that she has found her true love and will now be living her well deserved happily ever after, but where is the big question? Jersey or Louisiana? Either place we will be there for her and boy aren’t we awaiting the news of a baby (LOL), it is said that there is urgency in the air!
A little bit of background really quick about this post … many may know that I was published in 2007 for a booked named “Married to India” before the publishing of the book was offered we had began a website called marriedtoindia.com (MTI) which is exclusively for couples marrying into the Indian culture. It was started in order to bridge the gap of the culture shock that most of us endure, accept and adapt to when falling in love with a special someone from India. Although 10+ years ago when I was going through the adjustments there was not much support out there to help me prepare for just how wonderful our lives together really are now. We have met many couples from the conception of this site who are just like ourselves intertwining two wonderful cultures and being able to raise our children in a way that is respectful to each. Many of who were present at Cler and Joe’s wedding! More to come of some of our shots in and around town later this week as a follow up … but first our wonderful weddings!
Now that I have confused you and ran on and on… because once you view the images you will take notice that Cler has married a handsome Jersey boy! Her final destination was and is meant to be with Joe… the two of them are so happy when they are together and emit this radiant glow when in a crowd. Right after our wedding this past weekend we were able to meet up with them again in Jersey and have snacks at a local Diner! It was great seeing the newlyweds on their one week anniversary and we can’t wait to see them again!

Amy and Srinu,
Thanks for coming down to Louisiana and doing a FANTASTIC job with all of us. Making sure we thought “Warm Thoughts” in the sudden change of temperature the day of the wedding. The pictures came out georgeous. Everyone loved you both.
