Pumkinville – 2007!

So this is pretty much our last day off this fall and we thought what better things were there to do than to spend it with our kids! So we headed out to Leesburg to visit Pumpkinville! We must have driven by there for at least 7 years now thinking that we would stop and never have had the opportunity till today. It was a blast! You name it they have it, from a petting zoo with lemurs, tigers, deer, donkeys, chickens the kids can chase, pony rides, a play ground, moon bounces, hay rides, pumkin painting, face painting and a whole lot more! If you have kids don’t let them miss out take them and spend the afternoon out there, no doubt you will have a blast, we know we did!

Raksha Sutra... for those of you who did not know what the threads are that the priest ties to the couple and the family members. They are sacred threads blessed by the priest for the wearer. It is one of our kid's favorite parts when going to the temple or having family functions. 🧶
I love how Himica before doing anything else looks around to acknowledge who all was present in the crowd. It was a sweet and kind gesture I felt as you could feel how important it was to her we were all there! 🥰
There was a moment I thought he might not make it through that gate! However his uncles came through for him here 🤑
