Bob and Fern are the grandparents of one of our past clients who everyone may be familiar with Brianna! When we did Brianna’s session her and her Mom kept saying how much it would mean to have a session done of her grandparents considering they never even had a wedding photographer when they were married back in “1952”. This was such a pleasure doing this session with Bob and Fern as they are standing proof that young love never grows old, as you can see in some of the shots that the same spark is there that you can often find in many of our newly wed shots! After looking at these images it truly gives us all a little something to believe in …
Little did we know that Brianna was coming and what do you think Regeti’s did … yup! we RP’d her as well! So maybe we are just a little excited about our tatoo’s!
the tattoos are pretty cool
Tania,
We will bring them to NYC so that we can tattoo you all and take a picture. 🙂

Those are just beautiful and so sweet. Really brings tears to my eyes. What a wonderful thought for a 55th anniversary. Great job!
Heather, funny you said that because Amy was going through the images last night and she said the same thing !
Bob proposed to Fern in 1951 and were supposed to get married on Feb 14th, 1952 but at christmas they decided that may be they should get married sooner and got married on January 5th, 1952. At that time they did not even think about having a photographer and none of their guests had any cameras it seems. So after three months it struck them that they do not have any wedding pictures ! So few years later when Bob came back from overseas he brought a 35mm Kodak camera and shot some slides which were later on developed by his daughter after 15 years. So these are some special moments that I had the opportunity to photograph yesterday.
Their words of wisdom about their married life was that they never contemplated divorce but did think about murder ! 🙂
