Today I received an email saying that my Photojournalistic Website meets the criteria and they welcome me to to the community. This website should show up on WPJA.COM within next couple of weeks.
As per the WPJA site:
“The Wedding Photojournalist Association is a highly screened, critical organization. Less than 5% of wedding photographers out there qualify for membership.â€
Planning an Indian or South Asian wedding is supposed to feel joyful.
But for so many brides… it quietly feels heavy.
Heavy with expectations.
Heavy with pressure.
