You never know how the relationships built will grow. This little darling is the sister of our eldest daughter’s first homecoming date and if you ever see us be sure to ask us about how we handled that when she first asked to attend homecoming, it’s quite hilarious, at least when I tell it that is!

Annie was certainly stunning as she prepared to head out and we could not have been more honored to give Bob and Lisa some great shots to have and look back on as their family continues into different seasons of their lives. It’s hard to believe our kids are out and adulting… well some of them anyway. Lots of love to you and we hope Annie had a wonderful dreamy evening at prom. Cheers!

For me, it was the outsider who somehow became the interpreter — the person South Asian brides turn to when they’re carrying more than they can say out loud.

It’s taken nearly 30 years inside this culture, loving it, learning it, laughing with it, and growing through it…
but I wouldn’t trade a single lesson.
