Inhae + Dennis: Gaylord National Convention Center and Resort, Oxon Hill, MD

Inhae and Dennis were married in a quaint ceremony on the lower level of the Gaylord Resort as family and friends looked on. This was our first event at this location within the resort as we typically are up by the Cherry Blossom Ballroom.

It’s just breathtaking to imagine the feeling of a destination wedding without the worry of the weather happening right at the National Harbor! After all this is one of our favorites to photograph at.

We were extremely honored that after Inhae and Dennis narrowed down their selections that we were their preferred choice.

We wish you two a whole lot of love, peace, happiness & laughter within your happily ever after!

This one broke my heart… and shook something deeper.

When I read about the tragic killing of Spc. Sarah Beckstrom, I felt grief —
but like so many brown and immigrant families, I also felt fear.

The man who took her life was brown.

And history has taught us exactly what happens next.
Backlash.
Suspicion.
Stereotypes.
Innocent families paying for one man’s evil.
