Our EXCLUSIVE RP Studio make-up and hair stylist Mrs. Lisa Lutz has been crowned the Mrs. Virginia United States and will head off in July for Nationals in pursuit of Mrs. United States! We are so proud of her in so many ways as she truly is a true role model for attitude, lifestyle, and is one of the most giving and caring individuals that you could ever meet!
